Prenatal Support

After the initial consultation, we partner together to build a relationship and set expectations. We will discuss my role as your doula as well as preparing your partner for the delivery. We will customize two birthing plans unique to you!

As you have you routine OBGYN appointments we will be in communication for updates. And as you reach the last few weeks in your journey, I will accompany you to 1 – 2 appointments or you can opt for me to do in-person visits at your home. Unlimited phone, text, and email support from 37 weeks until labor.

During that same time, we will begin to practice comfort techniques and labor positions to prepare for birth. You will have the opportunity to call, text or email me with questions, fears or concerns throughout pregnancy.
